At the Fourth Annual Surfing Medicine Conference we’re taking you to the “CORE of Surfing Medicine”.

The Annual Surfing Medicine Conference is a state of the art medical conference delivering premium academic content in an innovative and engaging format.

We provide a scientific platform for surfing healthcare professionals and key players across the global surf community. Addressing the health needs of an ever increasing population – recent studies number surfers at 37 million worldwide; motivated by a passion for the sport and medicine; and harbouring a desire to harness and foster inter-discipline collaboration across a multiplicity of allied sub-specialties (e.g. Drowning Medicine, Wilderness, Tropical, Pre-Hospital Care, Dermatology, Sports Medicine, Mental Health/Psychiatry, Global Health), the EASD has convened an Annual Conference in Surfing Medicine since 2012.
